It’s difficult to imagine mislaying this gentleman. But evidently it’s not impossible.
Consider the Times-Standard’s description of the missing man: “[Jerry] George is a black male adult, 6′ 3″ tall, weighing about 250 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left forearm that reads ‘Hauna’ and one on his neck that reads ‘Shanda.’ He also has gold teeth.”
Good luck tracking him down with so few clues.

2 scenario’s
1) he went Tiger Woods on his ho.
2)or somebody OJ ‘d him.
Interesting confluence of bloggage this morning: You have this missing person racist bait thing (and just thinking bit the bait). Rose has the same story, but played straight. Plazoid Tad is accusing Michael of Arcata Can Be Better of being a bigot and a Nazi (he also points out that Michael is black) And Tom at the Tom Sebourn Blog is passing along a spanger request from Verbana.
“Friends and family members indicate it is highly unusual for Mr. George to be out of contact with them for this length of time.”
I hope people are out searching for him. There’s been too much crime all of a sudden in McKinleyville. I hope he is ok.
“Just Thinking” is a rank racist, but he makes up for it with his keen wit.
I don’t think “wit” is an excuse for bigotry.

Sigh. So much for sarcasm. Yes, “Just Thinking” is a racist.
Don’t worry though, the last of his species will be extinct in another thirty years.
